Dupa trecerea a 6 luni de cand uraganul Katrina a devastat orasul New Orleans, ofiterul de politie Andy Devereaux este convins ca fostul lui partener si-a pierdut viata in aceasta catastrofa naturala. Atunci cand noile probe il determina sa se indoiasca de faptul ca moartea politistului a fost cauzata de calamitate si il conduc spre concluzia ca acesta a fost impuscat, Andy Devereaux si actualul sau partener Stan Green decid sa se infiltreze in lumea interlopa pentru a-si continua investigatia. Numai ca, pentru a lua din nou in stapanire strazile orasului, ce sunt dominate de catre diverse retele ale crimei oraganizate, Stan Green si Andy Devereaux trebuie sa treaca de barajul alcatuit de politistii corupti, asasinii platiti si traficantii de stupefiante violenti. Description: In New Orleans after ‘Katrina’, the partner of Detective Andy Devereaux is found dead and is teamed up with Stan Green. During the investigations, an undercover DEA agent is murdered by two dirty police officers. A psychologist, Nina Ferraro, has successive interviews with Andy, Stan and the two detectives.
