Hulk VS. Thor este cel de-al doilea film, a carui actiune este plasata in Asgard, taramul zeilor nordici. Timp de secole, Loki, un zeu foarte gelos pe fratele sau Thor, a tot cautat o modalitate de a prelua controlul Asgardului. Dar toate bataliile purtate pe acest taram au esuat . Marele rege-zeu Odin se regenereaza, iar Thor si ceilalti zei reprezinta singura linie de aparare a taramului. Numai o singura creatura este capabila sa il infranga pe Thor si ceilalti zei. Loki il “teleporteaza” pe Bruce Banner in acest taram descatusand bestia Hulk care scapa de sub control si distruge totul in calea sa. Thor va trebui sa calatoreasca pana in Infern pentru a opri acest asalt mortal al unei creaturi cu puteri inimaginabile.
